Services Description

J Tabor Jewelers provides expert clock and watch repair services, restoration, battery replacement, watch band fitting, and custom jewelry work. All services are performed by qualified professionals using industry-standard techniques and equipment.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of our services without notice or liability.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are non-binding and for informational purposes only. Final pricing may vary based on the actual work required, parts needed, and complexity of the repair or service.

We strive to provide accurate estimates, but some issues may not be apparent until after disassembly and inspection of your timepiece. Additional charges may apply if the scope of work exceeds the initial estimate.

Customer Responsibilities

When bringing timepieces for service, customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the item and any known issues
• Disclose any sentimental or monetary value of the item
• Follow care instructions for items after service
• Return for scheduled appointments and pickups
• Make payment for services rendered within the agreed timeframe

Liability and Warranty

We perform all work to the highest professional standards. However, some antique or damaged timepieces may have inherent issues that cannot be fully resolved or may require additional work in the future.

We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or conditions not disclosed by the customer
• Loss or damage due to normal wear and tear
• Issues arising from improper handling or use after service
• Items left unclaimed for extended periods

Most repairs include a limited warranty period. Specific warranty terms will be provided with your completed service.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as posted in our shop.

For estimates exceeding $500, a deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment must be made before items are released to the customer.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of J Tabor Jewelers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any website content without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, J Tabor Jewelers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless J Tabor Jewelers and our affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations
